Rising 40 stories along Doha’s prestigious Corniche, this headquarters redefines corporate elegance with its sculpted, dynamic form that mirrors the fluid nature of the insurance industry. The tower’s innovative massing maximizes the permitted GFA while creating dramatic sky gardens and double-height executive floors with panoramic sea/city views.
A sleek podium houses public offices, blending accessibility with prestige. Its modern facade reflects sunlight like cascading water, standing distinct yet harmonious among Corniche skyscrapers. More than an office – it’s a statement of Qatari excellence, where cutting-edge design meets functional brilliance in one of Doha’s most visible locations.
