Breaking from conventional mall design, this 2B+G+7 masterpiece in bustling Mirqab seamlessly merges with the neighborhood’s vibrant street life through shopfronts that open directly onto sidewalks – a first for Doha. The design cleverly channels all vehicular access to basement levels via side roads, preserving pedestrian flow.
Upper floors house premium offices with discrete entrances, while the mall’s stunning atrium features a full-width skylight flooding the space with natural light. Clad in authentic Mamluk Islamic architecture with intricate geometric patterns and arched portals, the development honors Qatar’s heritage while creating a dynamic new urban landmark that’s both functional and poetic.I have designed this project While working in AEB, Doha, Qatar
