Conceived as a groundbreaking 200,000 sqm island destination, the Almaha Island proposal envisioned an extraordinary mixed-use paradise with three luxury hotels, a premium resort, and vibrant retail/F&B offerings. The design featured an immersive theme park with diverse attractions and a picturesque waterfront boulevard encircling the island. I have designed this project while working for AEB, Doha, Qatar.
Though never realized, this ambitious concept broke new ground – exploring innovative ways to blend entertainment, hospitality, and leisure into a seamless island experience. Its legacy lives on as inspiration for creating truly unique waterfront destinations that balance excitement with tranquility, proving visionary ideas can shape future development trends even when unbuilt.
