This winning proposal redefines urban living with four striking 20-floor towers encircling a grand circular plaza along the main avenue, featuring showrooms, restaurants, and cafés that animate the streetscape. While each tower boasts a distinct architectural expression, they unite through a cohesive design theme.
Tucked behind, three G+7 residential blocks offer intimate community living, complemented by a secluded clubhouse with premium amenities, including a pool. The masterplan balances vibrant commerce with serene residential pockets, creating a dynamic yet harmonious neighborhood that caters to work, leisure, and lifestyle all within a singular, visionary development. I have designed this project while working for AEB, Doha, Qatar.
